3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 teaspoon baking soda A pinch of salt 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 large egg, beaten
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined. Stir in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Add the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
