OUR SCHEDULE

Our schedule is built around you!! We have classes to accommodate the early risers, the mid-morning flexible schedule clients and also the evening after work crowd. Because we are able to hit all the times that works around you. Our classes are between 45 and 60 minutes long. Therefore, we are able to do a warmup, workout, and cooldown of ABS on most days. Please come to your first workout 10 minutes early to fill out all paper work, talk to the trainer, and make sure there are no issues that need a prior free consultation to make sure the risk of injury is avoided.
