Because we have such a flexible schedule, we have classes to accommodate almost anyone. The early risers; the mid-morning flexible-schedule clients; even the evening after-work crowd. Our classes are between 45 and 60 minutes long. As a result, we are able to do a warmup, workout, and cooldown of ABS on most days. Please come to your first workout 10 minutes early to fill out all paperwork and talk to the trainer. If you think you may be at risk of injury, please make sure to ask about our free consultations.
